We like our clients to call and explain the issue or come to our office with the faulty machine, Our team of experts evaluate the machine and give fair estimate of time and cost involved, and we try to repair and return machines same day. If machine is received in the second half and the lineup doesn’t allow it to be fixed the same day, it can extend to next day. Only in very rare circumstances, where the component is irreparable and is not available with us or can’t be arranged, we may take more time, but we like to inform client before hand so its entirely their decision
